Legs and core work out- Warm up: 10 squats, 10 lounges, 10 weightless dead lifts, 20 high knees. work out: 3x-10 weighted jump squats, 3x-10 weighted jump lounges (each leg), 3x-10 weighted dead lifts, 3x-20 weighted high knees. Then Ab ripper X on P90X. I never really thought the ab work outs were hard until i did a hard work out before the core. It was joyful.. like this holiday.
