ran with my selfie and an iphone to track my stats. I had my headphones in which doesn't happen very often but I realized that you can't hear your breathing and once you do, you realize that its loud and everybody stares at you weird.. but you don't feel it that much! I went a good solid 7:40ish pace and it was good.
pm: harts warm/cool 4x1000's at 3:54, :50, :57, :55. Felt the strength of the team and am crazed over Mckennas natural abilities. I will be so sad if she doesn't do cross for the next three years. Ah-mazing.
am: 5x400's at 1:38, :30, :23, :18, :16. Felt really good packing up and letting the team push me. I found it easier to just let them keep me steady but strong and then kick it at the 200. I really enjoyed todays work out!
