First day of morning practice.. time to get back into good habits! Brought Alise with me and am super happy that she's already feeling good about it! Wished that people would actually talk to her though (*hint hint*). Wasn't actually super weird that JP and Stoner weren't there but I do miss them!

Maverick run

hiking at Red Cliffs but was disappointed with the puddle so went to Kanara Falls and was refreshed with the cooling waterfalls. good day :) (around 5 miles of hiking)

Back again and running four.. just the great feelings of getting back into shape.. (horrible) BUT the greatest thing is that it's impossible to regret running farther or harder. So today was good!

Didn't feel cured in the morning but later that night Alise and I went on a run then did a 20 min arm/fanny work out.. it was a killer!

Ran with the team today! At the region course. Wasn't bad at all! Bonded with a lot of the girls and I was proud of them for sticking up with us! Hope a lot of the girls will be comfortable talking to me and actually will talk to me... haha! They were fun though.

These parents walking there dog (that looked exactly like mine! ironic cause he's a total mutt) stopped me and alise and wanted to know about where, when we practice for his son Kyle who runs for Mountain Crest. I guess they were just visiting and he wanted to run with some people so he might come to Mondays practice! So whoever read this, hopefully you'll make him feel welcomed! cause his parents were super nice.

wooo! officially back! But will be missing more in the future.. including wednesday.. BUT today was okay.. it actually stinked (literally and figuratively) because i feel so poopy from eating so horrible the past week. I've already lost 4lbs today! hahha.. so hopefully i'll feel as light as a feather for tomorrows work out :)

ran the 6 min. workout and id okay but i cant wait until i get back into shape and can start approving where i should be.. right now its kinda stinky but good thing its only summer!
