am- harts warm/cool, 4x1000, 2x300 then weights. supposed hit time was 4:01.. hit 3:49, :52, :54, :47. 300's were both :55. 

pm- 3 in the windiest part of the whole day with JP... just amazing.

pm- race in snow canyon. Ran the 800 and got a 2:38 which i think is a PR... but anyways, it felt really good and i didn't give up at the end like i usually do. I passed a few girls at the end cause of the kick and it was delicious glory hahaha. fun meet though

pm: 4x1000's with harts warm/cool. 3:47, :51, :49, :53 (i think) felt good, a little windy and cold..

pm: 2x 600,400,300,200,100 with 100 recovery with times that were written on my wrist but now they've washed off cause i take showers. hard but decent. harts warm/cool

pm- 4x1000's. strong wind and HOT HOT HOT. hit 3:52, :58, 4:02, 4:00 (something like that) Not the best timed work out but i still felt pretty good. Probably should drink more water now that it's getting hot. Weights after. sooo tired.

am- 3 and plyos

pm- harts warm/cool with 8x400's. Hit 1:19,20,21,23's, 24's...19, 20. I think this was the hardest work out I've ever done.. The last two i was wheezing and getting super tired but coach literally pushed me along and it helped a lot. I felt a whole new level of pain that was almost thrilling but honestly scary. the last two i was afraid i'd give up but i'm glad coach helped me out and i was able to finish them strong.
