| | am- 3 and plyos pm- harts warm/cool with 8x400's. Hit 1:19,20,21,23's, 24's...19, 20. I think this was the hardest work out I've ever done.. The last two i was wheezing and getting super tired but coach literally pushed me along and it helped a lot. I felt a whole new level of pain that was almost thrilling but honestly scary. the last two i was afraid i'd give up but i'm glad coach helped me out and i was able to finish them strong. | Comments(1) |
