I didn't run for a week because i was healing a stepped-on-weeds foot that had an allergic reaction. seriously, my feet looked like sausages. Anywho, running again was pretty hard. We ran by my neighborhood and it was fun. coach Roberts talked to me most of the time. Megan says i got into his trap, which is a good thing in some ways. I tried staying up with rachel and kaylee and it was quite tough. i got a little behind but i was pretty proud for running hard on my first day back. by the time we finished i felt sick to my stomach but that just might be because i'm not eating as healthy as i used to.

We started off running with all the level 2-3 girls and the level 3 girls kept going for there 6 miles after the big hill before maverick. It felt really good! it was good pain, pain that i need to feel to feel good. it felt good to push up the hill so it was kinda fun in a way.

Today was the fireman/green springs run. By the end i was pretty much done running. During the run it felt good but it took strength to stay up and stay consistent.  Going up the fireman hill is always something to look forward to.

Running on the dirt always feels a lot worse than running on the road. Maybe cause its repititious (is that a word?). After getting off of the dirt path we seem to slow down a little bit but i guess we just need to keep our pace more consistent.  By the time i finished striders i came with a conclusion that Wednesday aren't my favorite days. at all.

It almost felt like every other Thursday when we run on the grass. It felt like a good work out run. It was really fun watching the kids race

May i say that coral canyon is NOT my favorite run. I made that desicion right as we started on those rolling hills that Coach Roberts was talking about. He also said it feels like a rollar coaster. Rollar coasters are fun, short and sweet no grusome and aganizing. But on a positive thought, i was pretty happy for staying up with the varsity girls and coach Roberts. It was sure hard but they were pretty entertaining.

We ran to Green Springs today and it was quite grand. I thought i was going to run 4 but coach asked if i wanted to run 6 miles. what a question! It was a shame it was more of a statement than a question. JP and I got a little behind at the end but we did striders.

We did what we always do on thursdays except we added another 3 laps (mile). After running around countless times, i lost count and i don't even remember what we (jp, stoner, and i) talked about. I think running on the grass more than 10 times makes you go delusional. i say we ought to find a different grass field to run around!! Kids run was not as fun today but probably only because the sun was beating down on us the whole time. what happened to raining for 5 days? some forecast. Anywho, 3-4th grade girls is probably the best group out of all. is it bad to say i have a few favorites in my group? Hopefully i don't show it as much so the other girls don't feel left out. The coachs (again, JP and Stoner) and i finally got all the girls names memorized! (well at least the girls that come) it was an accomplishment. we even made a few nicknames for some girls :)

We ran around my neighborhood today and i was pretty tired. I just didn't feel like running and on top of that it was really humid. By the end of the run i got the chills and i started to get cold, it was kinda weird. hmm.. and JP took me home and she ran a stop sign but no one was there luckily. Don't get me wrong, JP's a good driver, she just didn't see the stop sign...

Hells Hole. It really does live up to its name. I got behind after running up the hill but i think i worked my butt off to a point. I felt bad for coach roberts cause he ran the end with me and i know how much he hates running slow. It must have been painful. So i think that concludes my run for the day..

AM(5 miles+3.5 miles bike): Dirt run.. hurray. It wasn't that bad, it got over a lot fast than i thought it would. It was fun running with Megan again and hearing her great stories (-: umm.. Stoner and I biked home and the hill going down feels a lot steeper on a bike than in a car.

DAY(3 mile run+ 8 miles bike [there and back]) : Stoner and I biked to school today and it was hot!! stupid helmet just collects sweat! great protection. Running to artic circle was dreary. I complained way too much but on the way back it was a lot better.  We did some work outs in the weight room because according to coach i'm a "cute little twig" and i need to work out more.  we biked home and it was mostly downhill but I have a good feeling i'm gonna be pooped by the end of the week Or we'll be buff according to stoner...

Lovely, Lovely day. It felt really good until we started doing striders and i got really bad side cramps, Megan told me to eat a banana but i came home to fine none :(  Rode bike (3.5m) home but my fanny disagreed even though we just started yesterday! cmon. petted some horses (well stoner did) fed them pop tarts and planning on bringing food that horses can actaully eat next time.

Coach was genorous enough to have us do only 3 miles on the grass today, hurray!! I finally learned that the faster you run the faster your done. I think we did pretty good today. Nicole and i caught up with Jp,stoner,roberts, and casey and ran with them until the end and it felt good! We actaully could see the guys in front of us instead of looking behind to see them. coach actually got stoner and i to play frisbee.. i caught it once and i was done. Kids club was fun. they ran around a lot more and they can actually go half way through the warm up/cool down without stopping! The girls are always way funny and adorable. Stoner and i rode our bikes home and we acted like we had radios and said 'over' after everything. The horses didn't want anything to do with us today.. we even made chanting noises and stuff but they still didn't budge:( poor stoner even brought carrots! we were hoping they would be able to spell/hear the carrots but noo. anywho i think thats all for today.

AM (6m): Ran around tabernacle and such. On the way up to the turn around it felt A LOT longer than going back. Running back, i didn't recognize anything and i didn't remember running past the buildings. Good thing JP was there to remind me! The only building i remembered was the 'Palaties' place, only because i couldn't pronouce it and JP laughed at me. It was fun all together. JP took me home and she didn't run a stop sign this time :D

I 'dislike' coral canyon. If eternity feels like that hill, i'm not ready. anywho, i got behind going up the hill and it didn't feel amazing. I felt really tight in my calves and i got shots of pain in my ankle going back. I used to think going down hill was fun but that hill was everything but fun. so i think i've complained enough.. I still did striders (1mi), I felt slow.. Todays run was just not good. maybe its cause i'm missing 2/3 of me :-(

DAY(3mi): It felt a lot better than this morning. we talked a lot and it was fun! we actaully didn't get any water at artic circle this time, improvment :D I got a really bad cramp on my side at the end, megan, i still don't have a banana :( Afterwards we swam at Megans and it was delightful...except for getting slapped and getting pushed into the pool, not the best.

mornin': 8 miles-ish. rachel and i didn't know where the turn around was until it was too late. we were suppose to run 7 miles but i guess an extra mile wouldn't hurt.. wrong! it was hard, slipping and sliding (kinda funny) everywhere and wondering if there was even any civilization out in the woods. ran the last few miles back with Zak Lusk. we talked about breakfast and decided that we wanted smoothies..that we never got :(

evening-ish: 3 miles. had to go to the bathroom so got a "wee bit" behind :) than coach yelled at my lack of good form.

Sadly had to leave for girls camp in the morning. We (as in the other girls camp gals) were rushed to pack so we didn't get much of a run in. but girls camp was pretty exciting and overall i guess i was pretty happy to leave on wednesday instead of thursday. It would've been better if i missed the boring intruduction of girls camp though.

ahh! 7 miles past mi casa! The way there was miserable (prolly cause it was SOx20 humid and i was sweating almost as bad as hunter/casey) but the way back was just peachy-ish (: The Wilkey's were very kind and let me,Rachel and Nicole in when i had to use the restroom :D. the hill back wasn't terrible! i was sooo happy (: i pushed myself up it and the whole time i was thinking that it's worse going up it on a bike, ha! i never thought that would motivate me.. anywho the rest of the way back was kinda ackward.. i was in front of zac and i thought he'd pass me or something but he stayed behind me the whole time (i don't know how far back but far enough to hear him running..it was kinda freakin me out)!! i wanted to run with liz and megan but they were behind zac.. ahhhh. so naturally i ran a little faster to get back sooner so i wouldn't have to feel this weird ackwardness. The End!

Added another warm up lap to talk to JP with Stoner. 4 miles to a fence past mavrick. The way to the fence felt long but so does any other run. Striders (1 mi) felt a lot better than usual.

Ran into hells hole and did 3x1min. and 3x30sec. hills. I like being up with the top girls, it's hard but worth it. It was fun but not as fun going back out. I ran with JP and we didn't stop going up the hill (pretty proud). The rest of the way was just peachy. Stoner and i rode our bikes home (3ish mi.) but we did a quick stop by the horses. If you don't know, Stoner and i named a few and we finally memorized what they looked like. So far there's Flyeye, Rough nose, Smooth Groove, and the new addition B Mussy (short for Blind Mustard but if you wanna be cool it's BM). The names pretty much descride them and so it's not to hard finding which is which. Anywho, i think that's all for today...adios!

ran and ran and ran and ran again and ran some more. Started at the high school and ran to the log lane church. last 2 miles were tempo! fun fun fun. had a heart burn at the end but than again i haven't been eating the best either. It was a peachy run!

Race today!! so... a 3 miler so we don't kill ourselves. Still sore on my upper body from rock climbing.

RACE!!! ahhhh. anxiety 101!! I was way nervous until i got to the race. We ran a 2 mile warm up than stretched than RACED! hurray! forgot how hecky a race is but overall it was pretty good. we tried the pack run and it worked for the first 200 m. Liz H. and Frieda stayed up with JP and that helped me get up with them. I hate running on grass! it's so stiff and i feel like i'm going granny speed. During the race i had the weirdest song in my head. It's from Tangled and it goes "I could go running and racing and dancing and chasing etc..." anywho, something that helped me during the race was when coach started yelling at me and started to scream "Step, Step, Step!" it helped me concentrate on keeping up the pace instead of how crappy i feel. i didn't have a big kick as i wanted.. i need to quit being so whimpy and sprint at the end! I guess i'm pretty happy at where i am right now, it gets me kinda excited of how much more i can improve espically doing all the crazy work outs we're gonna be doing.

Out to Fire Station (1.75mi) than 3x30sec and 4x1min. It was hard but a good hard! Freida helped me out a ton, i stayed up with her during the hills and we both pushed it really hard. This years gonna be exciting espically with Freida on our team! She's way sweet and friendly so you guys should get to know her too :D. plus she has a sweet accent! Poor JP has two huge blisters on her heel, there nasty! anywho go give her some pity but not too much ;) oh, and Tyson too.

First day of school!! how'd it go you ask? fine, i guess. i'd rather still be in summer. A lot of people were a wee bit too excited to see each other but really, its not like they died! i'd be fine off without seeing some people at school. Anywho, the run was just terrible. (not an over exageration). I found that I'm really not use to the heat and i thought i was gonna pass out. We ran out to the hospital and up the back side of formaster. I don't mind the run to formaster but after that its just heck. It reminds me of the Tempo run with the guys. That run just doesn't have good vibes. I NEED to drink gallons of water starting today so i don't have to repeat today. It sounds like I have a terrible attitude..maybe i do, just for today though.

Advice: get rid of every stupid excuse and negetive thought in your brain! Why do i say this? because it needs to be done, pronto. Morning run was just pleasent. My bodies starting to feel the double runs but i hope i get use to it. I'm grateful for my mom, she doesn't want me to die from running :). she's been giving me some nappy energy squirty thingy and she's putting calcium powder stuff in my yogurt (only because i choke on every pill..) Can't wait to see what else she comes up with to keep me alive. I've been drinking tons of water that now i have to go to the restroom every half hour! I cannot live with this! Taylor Bithell said i'm like the old people on commercials that have problems with having to go to the bathroom every ten minutes.

afternoon: 3x1000 (aka 3k, I just learned that today from Frida!) It felt good and i was actaully really pumped about it. The weather was really nice, a cool breeze and all. 1st: 3:52(ish), than both 2nd and 3rd were 3:50. My last one i really wish i pushed it and booked it with Frida. She did so good!! She got me going on my 2nd 1000. We finished side by side but it was work to stay side by side! I was actually pretty proud of myself for being so close to Stoner (: I guess this is a learning experience (like all other work outs) and i just need to get some more confidence and finish my work outs hard and strong. Frida is gonna help me so much this year. My biggest hope is to just stick it with her throughout this season~

PM:Tempo Tempo Tempo! Mall Run with Frida! Man, Frida helps me a TON! The pace was pretty good and i'm thankful for down hills. It was pretty hot but it had a good breeze so it was peachy! Oh, i had some weird pain in my ankles. it felt like my shoes were really heavy and my ankles didn't want to take it or something.. anywho the end!

Wow, this just might be my first saturday run in a while. Anywho, coach dropped us off 6 miles away from the JV meet in hurricane. The whole thing was an incline and i'm such a complainer! It hurt, i sticked with them a lot of the way through the freeway but when i thought they were gonna stop and they didn't i guess i got my hopes up and started to slow down. Fridas way too nice and stayed with me (: When we got into town i felt pretty good, tired but swell. I felt amazing when we finally got to the meet! I thought it'd never come.

Rise and Shine!!: 4x1000 with warm up/cool down to Harts (5ish miles). Supposibly intervals but mine weren't really interval-ly. 1st- 3:52, 2nd- 3:50, 3rd- 3:38, 4th- 3:50. On the third one Roberts pushed me HARD! it felt so good to get up with Frida! It was painful but i was able to say to myself to get over it. I was pretty proud but than on my last one i was just glad i was done.. So pretty much i love morning work outs way more than afternoon!

in the heat: only 3 miles out to the Fields! way excited but (there's always a but..) i felt the morning work out and it wasn't to peachy. After i ate dinner (fish,rice and salad!) i was beat. The End.

good mornin: suppose to do tempo in the morning but somebody, not naming any individuals.., talked with the cops a bit too early this morning. Ran three and it was fine. I think i need to stretch a LOT more! my legs are starting to ache.

lovely heat: 5 mile tempo out to green springs. Started at the turn around and ended at the costco stop sign. actaully i kinda quite my tempo around chevron-ish. There were a lot of stop signs on the way back. I felt good at the beginning but than on that long long run to chevron was beating me down. I got farther back than i every wanted. I need to push it some more espicially if i want to keep my spot! 

smelly weight room: we did the 2nd workout thingy majig. It twas good than we did plyos and that hit the spot! I pretty much was glistening afterwards (: Kaylee,Stoner,Frida, and i went into marks room and rolled out our legs (which was severely painful) so our legs won't be as sore the next day.

am: 2x1200 & 4x200 (all together 5 1/2-ish mi). It felt great! escpically running with the top varsity girls. i liked the whole staying together as a pack. It felt strong and hard. I'm pretty proud (: the 200s were pretty swell too.

pm: 3 miles hallelujah! somebody thought of running out to hot nails which was a ridculous idea. It was pretty fun though. I hate the fast food (mcdonalds) and gasoline smell. I felt sore throughout the whole day no thanks to plyos (however you spell it!).

glorious sunrise:  3 miles and my muscles ache. I don't think i've been this sore in a while.

slap-in-the-face sun: came a wee bit late ran a few laps around the park than ran back. on the grass my calves were awfully tight. they felt like they were going to rip apart! But on the way back they felt a lot better. i don't remember what i did..but it made them feel better (: Frida and i talked a lot about everything and anything so that got my mind off of the soreness! Came back and had Kaylees dad pop my back and etc.. I was pretty scared at first but it felt so good! i couldn't watch him pop their neck but i didn't even notice it when he did mine until i heard the pop.

weights: #1. doing lunges were a killer. I'll be taking an ice bath tomorrow, for sure! I've got some laughing box in me today so i couldn't stop laughing during our plyos and everything else. coach kept looking at me weird.. but who cares!

Stoner kept tapping me or something that everytime she did i felt like throwing up cause i finally got a wee bit nervous.. JP had it worse though (go pity her). Anywho, the JV girls did AMAZING! JV/Varsity boys did awesome too.

I was actaully postitive throughout a lot of the race! That's new to me, i'm usually more on the negative side. BUT not today! I was proud! When someone said i'm doing awesome i'd actually think "heck yes i'm doing awesome". at one point some kid said "I bet you can catch up to those girls" than i thought "I bet i could!" than my pride got struck down or something. I'm always scared to be prideful cause i got this visual in my mind that the Almighty strucks me down.. anyways i felt good during the race and i think i could've pushed it more. Excited to see how much more i can improve! happy that fridas here to help me get up there with them!! (:

Your race was very solid throughout. I could tell you had a great attitude throughout the race - you could just see it on your face and in your body language. Keep on it... and it is okay to have a little pride (but I would say "confidence") as you have earned it by your workouts and progress!

awakening from slumber: 5x1000 with 1.5mi warm up and 1mi cool down (about 5.5mi). 1000 times: 3:49,3:54,3:53,3:52,3:51. I need to work on consistency... Stayed up with Frida on the first and was right by her on the next few but when Nicole decided to step it up a notch it freaked me out mentally that i backed down enough to get seprated from frida :( I guess its another learning experiance but overall the work out felt pretty strong but i think i could've pushed it enough to stay up with Frida.

strong sun plus some clouds: I really hope it rains this week. Anywho, 3 miles out to sandburgs. I think it was more than 3 miles though, Roberts was leading us astray. Didn't really jump into the pond but everybody else did. Felt good enough to finish.. the end. PS 9 miles cause of 800 warm up!

am: harts warm up, 2x800, 2x400, 8x200, and mile cool down. (6 miles-ish) was able to stay up with Frida and Rachel for the most part. the first few 200s i got behind cause i didn't think i could stay up with them but after Roberts told me to only think about staying up with Frida it actaully helped! Felt really great to actually run with Frida and Rachel. Right after the last 200 it felt like all that pain from the work out just came down on me. such a great feeling. The 200s felt like they were gonna last forever but at the same time they went by fast..

pm: 3 miles to green springs. WINDY! to the club house it was just dandy but on the way back i went blind! okay not really but there was so much dust in the air, it was hard to see. Anyways it felt pretty good i guess.

morning: 3 miles swell

pm: 4 miles (2 mi. on 2450 park) AHH! is it possible that my caves are just gonna rip apart? cause thats how it felt! it hurt even more when i stopped. ahhhh. anywho, so weights and plysos pretty tiring. note to self: start doing some push-ups.. than went into marks room to roll out them legs! goodness! pain is in the brain.. such a lie, its in the legs. on my right thigh it hurt terrible to roll out. It was a different kind of hurt though, like pinching hurt. Wise Kaylee told me to roll it out even more. blah blah blah. so yeah, thats pretty much my day.

morning: 3 miles to artic cirlce

afternoon: 1x1min cruisers, 2x1200 cruisers, 1.5 mi. cool down, striders (6miles) at bloomington hills park. first two work outs, got behind but last one stayed up pretty close. Didn't want to do striders at all cause i was beat.

evening: 2 miles (8ish to 9ish). Runathon!!! fun fun fun fun (: some pretty excited things happened but i can't rememeber much at the moment! fell asleep a wee bit in the bed of the truck so according to kaylee and jp i missed out. It twas fun though!

Its Labor Day and i ran!hurray! so anywho, I ran with Frida and Stoner and it was plesent. Frida brought one of those apps with the pace,milage,and time so we went with whatever the app said. At first we were going like 9:50 pace.. hahah so we picked it up a little. It was pretty fun, we talked a lot about anything really. We met at Fridas and we ran from her house, around the mountain, by my house, than to a park and ran some laps there, than back to Fridas. At first my legs were being dumb and would hurt but than it turned into my feet falling asleep which felt really weird but when we stopped for a wee bit it felt a lot better. We stopped at the park cause we had to use the restroom and i ended up using the mens bathroom.. anyways I think that was one of the cleanest park bathroom i've ever been in! crazy, i know. So on the way back from the park we ran past these dogs and a couple on bikes and the guy on the bike was not a guy.. he was a gorilla! AH! not kidding, he was way dark (didn't look natural) and he was SO hairy. like beastly hairy!!! Prolly had one of those gorilla faces too! right as he past i couldn't help but break into a laugh and Stoner called him a gorilla and Frida didn't even see him. which i thought was miraculous cause i mean, how could you miss him? She said she was looking at the dogs. Oh and we passed like a billion dogs on our run, It twas crazy!

wow.. i've never felt so excited for a race and still felt the same afterwards! Listening to the boys 'girls' song and sitting in the car forever was lame but other than that the trip was fun. Most everybody was honery (eh hem..) on the way up so i was happy i slept through it. We ran at the State course and I talked to some geese while the girls avoided them (cause they thought they'd be attacked whimps!) and Stoner was chasing after them. I don't know if i'm way excited for the huge hill at State.. it doesn't look so pleasing. Anywho, we ate at subway and on the way out coach and tyson made fun of me cause i didn't know how to open the door :P.  I was suprised i didn't feel so nervous so i took advantage of it and ate as much as i could before the race.

 AH! than it rained HARD. It was quite funny because we were listening to some kesha song on the radio and right as she sang 'make it rain' (something like that) it started to rain like crazy! Some of us (JP) were hoping that the race would be cancelled but it wasn't luckily! I finally started to get nervous when we were warming up but i felt pretty confident. The only thing i had in mind was to keep Frida in sight. The race was so muddy and its crazy that i didn't slip. There were a ton of down hills and it felt so good to run down them. There was one incline and it was the most muddy. It was hard pushing off in the mud but i got through it-ish. For a while there was a west jordan girl in front of me and i finally passed her than the desert hills girl was in front of me, Like how'd that happen? Coach yelled that if i passed the two girls than we'd win and finally i got out of thinking of running for myself and started thinking about running for the team. Good thing too. At the last prolly 200 yds, theres this huge down hill that i was afraid i was gonna trip over (i didn't) i passed DH and hoped to pass the AF girls. i got close but not close enough. Overall i'm pretty happy with the race. I felt like i had a ton of energy and i didn't feel extremely warn out until i finished. I kept thinking if i was actually giving it my all and how i don't want to finish thinking i could've ran harder. I probably could have ran a little harder to pass the AF girls but that'll just be a learning experiance this time (: I really liked the course even though it rained. I can't believe we got 1st place! Its crazy to think that we're starting to get good!

Slept at Fridas with JP and Stoner and woke up around 8ish to go run! be proud, we could've slept in more and just ate breakfast but instead we (more like frida) decided to run (: We even added a mile tempo!

Frida (Sweda..hahah) said she could hear me breathing and i was a good distance from her..so that just shows how terrible my breathing was.

PM: 3 miles out to the bridge-ish. i don't like that run. I hate cars, they stink with gasoline. and it sufficates me. ask frida, she agrees. It smelt like nail polish on the way back, it was gross.

race day.. was a lot nervous compared to Provo last week. the course was pretty good but i didn't feel like racing. I kept settling and i just didn't feel it. My breathing wasn't amazing so it wasn't the best. Good job to Kaylee and JP for getting 1st and 2nd though!! :D The rest of the trip was super fun, even though we encountered some nappy new jersey football players it was all good (:

Good Job to the JV girls and boys! I've come to love running in SL, it was so pretty running to the cotton park. Michigans hallelujah.. (6.75-includes warm/cool). I found that the first set is harder than the second-ish. The first set my breathing is ridiculous but by the time i get to the second it's more controlled. I settled a wee bit.. and i got behind Frida and Rachel more than i wanted to. By the time i started my last set of 1200s it finally clicked that i don't have that much left and i need to step it up! I'm hoping next time i can get A standard and stick with Frida and Rachel a lot more.

3 miles to Hot Nails plus striders. my legs are begging for mercy.. maybe i should start stretching more!

guess who won? PV varsity girls did of coarse :) great job to all of you guys!! howd the race go you ask? miserably. probably the heckish run i've ever raced in. I felt like crap but i was happy i finished. Keeylee and Kaylee were behind me and katie was in front. it was so weird hearing people cheer for them cause all there names were so close! and get this, there from cedar too. hahah. anyways, happy i'm done, now i just got state to be nervous for.

AH! 2nd place? crazy! the course was good, the race was good, and i wasn't feeling as nervous as i thought i'd be. It went by so fast it was amazing! I think i started off a little too chill that after the first hill i just kept passing people. It felt good to keep passing people. I felt like i was on a roll. I kept looking at the girl that was 2 in front. At first all three ogden girls were in front of me so i freaked out and started catching up with them. at the end i didn't knwo how i ended up behind katie (cedar). crazy! I don't remember much but i don't remember any negative thoughts that lingered in my head. nor do i remember any postitve ones that kept motivating me.. but anywho it was great! and Park city girls are crazy!

I just guessed on the milage but we ran a michigan. bleh. I felt like not running.. I knew i could've pushed it more but it was so discourging to see the other girls so far ahead from me. during the whole thing i was just wishing that i stuck up with them more at the beginning. The past two races have been terrible and the michigan didn't make up for them at all. I feel so worn out and my legs are always just aching. I feel like i could run faster but my legs just wont and i'm not as confident so that doesn't help. Its not fair cause i've worked my butt off for state and after state it just all died. Its not fair that other people just keep improving but it seems like i have a limit and i cant improve anymore. blehh. the end.

met up with Frida,Jp, and Stoner and ran around the mountain.. blah blah blah. We took Fridas dog, Isabelle, with us. haha it was funny watching Frida struggle with her. She barked at every person we saw and dragged frida out to the road at times. the last 200 we started sprinting and Isabelle decided to take a sit. hahah she was panting after that for a while. Overall it was pretty good.

So JP's been bragging about how good she is at writing on her blog so i decided to show her up. (hahah just kidding Jp) Frida and i decided to run together this morning and we never heard back from JP and stoner so we didn't think they'd show up. BUT while i was running towards fridas to meet her, this creeper truck started to slow down next to me. And it ended up being the creepers that i know! yup, Jp and Stoner. Our run was nice i guess. by the end my feet were asleep so it felt super weird doing the fartleks.
