pm: 4x1000's at 3:42, :43, :41, :39. Ran with Trevor and it ended up being a lot better than expected.. Freaked us out a little at the start but was surprised I ended even faster. crraazy. It was hot too. Feeling good though!

1600 and felt like the group was kinda slow but was suprised at the times I was hitting each lap! Weird... So that was kinda cool, wish I would've reacted to it more! PRed (since my sophy year..) so that's great! But I'm excited to see how I do as we increase our speed and confidence!

raced the 3200. I haven't been feeling very nervous lately. I can even eat breakfast before my race now! Yipee!! Felt good for the first mile then the why questions started coming and I had a hard time pushing them away which effected my last mile. Goal is to just stick it through those last few laps cause there the most important ones! But PRed haha... not for long though!

pm: 4x1000's at 3:36 (uhh..) 3:42, 3:43, 3:41. Trevor ran with us again and he's the greatest! Its fun to hear him stammer out motivational words ha. He's great tho, pushes us a lot. Felt okay but forgot about working on serging on certain parts of the track.... so I'll have to remember that throughout the week!
